The mission of the Curtis Pond Homeowners Association Board of Directors is to preserve and enhance the property of our subdivision by maintaining the integrity of our common grounds and pool area.  This will be accomplished by upholding our Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR’s) polices to the best of our ability. The Board will serve the Homeowners by taking a fair, ethical and objective approach in representing the interest of all homeowners. The Curtis Pond subdivision will be maintained as a safe, friendly, and enjoyable place to live for each homeowner and their respective family
