To my Friends and Neighbors,
As many of you are aware, there has been much publicized scrutiny by the way things have been done in this community, by me and by others before me. My goal from the beginning was to right the wrong in that has plagued this community. I truly believe that Curtis Pond can be united at some point and this will all be behind us one day.
It has been suggested to me that it would be in the best interest of the community if I resigned from the Phase 1 Board of Directors as Vice President. At this time, and as always, I will do what is best for this community so please accept my formal resignation from the Phase 1 Owners Association effective immediately. I thank you for the time served and I will continue to help Curtis Pond by volunteering my time on some of the existing committees.
Kind Regards,
Peter Russo

In the best interest of the community and due to my recently increased responsibilities with my employer, I am no longer able to continue as a Curtis Pond Board of Directors member. I regret that I have to make this decision, but feel that I can no longer dedicate the amount of time and energy that is associated with a position on the BOD. It has been my pleasure to serve as a board member during the past few months to the best of my abilities.
Please accept my resignation effective immediately.
Sincerely,
Rich Hagens

To my neighbors:
Effective immediately, I tender my resignation as Treasurer in the Curtis Pond Homeowners Association. There are many reasons for this action, but there are a few main points which have caused me to make this decision. My obligations to my family, as well as my employer, are foremost. I would like to stay involved in a less time consuming capacity through involvement with committee work, with the BOD?s approval.
I would like to thank my neighbors for their support of me, as I was an unusual BOD member, since I live in phase 2. I have made many new friendships through my involvement with the BOD, and wish the remaining BOD members the best.
